Toni Buchanan earns master’s degree from Liberty University

Toni M. Buchanan received her master’s of business administration degree May 15 from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va. Buchanan graduated summa cum laude and received the Medal of Distinction for graduating with a 4.0 average. She is the chief financial officer at Unicoi County Memorial Hospital.
