Seasonal Interpretive Ranger Ethan Sane will be guiding a hike up to the headwaters of Rocky Fork Creek on Sunday, April 4.
This hike offers a little bit of everything. Participants will experience stunning overlooks as well as time spent next to majestic streams. They will also spend the day discussing the park’s history, as well as the flora and fauna that exist in the region. This will be an out-and-back-style hike that will total about 6 miles.
This free hike will last from 10 a.. to 2 p.m. To register for the hike, visit reserve.tnstateparks.com/register/headwaters. Meet at the Interpretive Campfire Area at the start of this moderate hike.
The hike is scheduled to be offered again on Sunday, May 2.
