Its crunch time for the Unicoi County High
School football program.
The Blue Devils (1-4) enjoyed a much needed
bye last week are in game preparation mode for
Friday, Oct. 4, with a Three Rivers Conference
clash against Sullivan East in Bluff City.
The bye week was critical for the recovery of
some of the Blue Devil top contributors, head
coach Jerad Huskins said.
Senior linebacker Cody Harris, who missed
the past two weeks, resumed full speed practice
last week. Junior tailback/defensive back Luke
Fronckoski will get the green light this week.
Another addition will be senior wideout and defensive
back Keith Arrowood, who will get his
fi rst taste of full game reps after missing the fi rst
half of the season while recovering from a Jones
fracture suffered in the preseason.
