Walter James Tipton, son of Hilda Mae Willis and Walter Grant Tipton, made his departure from this Earth on Monday, November 30th. He was known as Little Walter to many and was 49 years old. He always had a smile and a joke for anyone who knew him. Little Walter had 7 brothers and sisters Roger Tipton and his wife Judy Effler Tipton, Connie Williams and husband Bill Williams, Linda Shelton Edwards, JC Tipton and his wife Linda Effler Tipton, Diane Brown and husband Scott Brown, Donna Faye Lewis, and Tina Duncan. Jacob Tipton is his only son. Sue Canter Tipton was his beloved wife that passed away a few years prior. There is comfort in knowing James and Sue are together again in heaven. Uncle Walter had more nieces and nephews than most of us can count and he loved them all. And they loved him. James also had a group of friends, turned family, at the Bristol FleaMarket where he had worked for most of his life.
James lived a life that was exceptional. His sister Diane was an exact match for kidney transplantation and James received that kidney at a young age. James was a blessing in more ways than we can begin to explain and he will be missed by many.
