Vonna Leigh Loyd Little, age 63, Muddy Creek, Blountville, died Sunday, Sept. 2, 2012, at Indian Path Hospital, after a battling with cancer.
She was born March 21, 1949, to Thelma Loyd and the late Vaughn Loyd.
Other than her father, she was preceded in death by her sister, Reita Edwards; grandparents: Lattie and Kittie Loyd and Frank and Tilda Ingram and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Mrs. Little was born in Erwin, but had lived in California and Florida. She moved to Blountville about 27 years ago.
Other than her mother, survivors include son: Ricky Little, Florida; daughter: Victoria and fiancee, Mike Cox, Blountville; sisters: Judy Light and Connie Huskins, both of Erwin; brothers: Clifford and Clyde Loyd, both of Erwin; step-sons: Bradon and Jason Cox; grandchildren: Kayla, Amber and Tori Little, Florida, and Peyton Cox, Nashville; aunts and uncles: Jessie and Dwight Shelton, Dorothy and Estil Edwards, and Phyllis Ingram, all of Erwin; nieces: Shannon Bradley, Sherry Buchannan, and Amanda Bush, all of Erwin.; nephew: A. J. Loyd, Erwin; several great-nieces and nephews and cousins.
Her ashes are to be scattered at a later date at Rocky Fork.
