Patsy White, 67, of 850 Rock Creek Road, passed away Sunday morning, April 17, 2011, at her home.
She was born May 21, 1943 in Erwin to the late Eli and Sarah Elizabeth Woodby White.
She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. White was a member of Unicoi Church of God.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Dwight “Ike” White.
Survivors include three daughters: Tammy Blackwell and husband, Lynn, of Johnson City, Terrinia Creech and husband James, of Erwin, Tarra Tremege and husband Jacques, of Marietta, Ga.; son: Thomas Allmon III and wife, Irene, of Bristol; twelve grandchildren: Moriah White Haney, Matthew Haney, Eli Allmon, Eliza Allmon, Alexandra Briest, Thomas Briest II, Terran White, Deven Yoakum, Ean Greenlee, Bradley Creech, Keith Tremege and Garrath Tremege; two great grandchildren: Morgan Briest and Lilykah Briest; three sisters: Mitzi Hyder and husband Larry, of Johnson City, Peggy White and husband Larry, of Surgoinsville, Brenda Wilson and husband Jim of Johnson City; three brothers: Kenneth White and wife Sue, of Jonesbourgh, James White, of Abingdon, Virginia, and David White, of Unicoi; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m., Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at the Unicoi Funeral Home Chapel. Services will follow at 7 p.m., with the Rev. Dallas Gregg officiating.
The committal service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, April 21, at Jones Cemetery.
