Linda S. Clowers, 71, 4111 Navaho Drive, Johnson City, died Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Unicoi County Memorial Hospital Long Term Care Facility. She was born in Indiana the daughter of the late Robert and Juanita Pogue Dotson. She moved to Erwin in 1977 and retired as an office administrator from the Unicoi County Executives Office following 21 years of service.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Glen Clowers in April 2015 and by 2 sons, Todd Alan and Jeffrey Scott Anderson. She leaves behind to cherish her memory:

One Sister: Elaine Ezra and husband Keith, North Judson, Indiana
Four Grandchildren: Brandon Anderson, Tyler Anderson, Taylor Gaddy and Garett Gaddy
Two Great Grandchildren: Vincent Anderson and Creedence Anderson
One Nephew: Steven Ezra and wife Karen, Tampa, Florida
One Niece: Suzanne Kinsell and husband Jerry, Temple, Georgia
Four Step-children: Michael Clowers, wife Dana, and children, Little Rock, Arkansas
Lisa Jarrett and Randy and children, Jonesborough
Mary Yarber and daughter, Johnson City
Sonya Robinson, Redmond, Washington

A visitation period to share memories and offer support to the family will begin at 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday in the chapel of Valley Funeral Home and continue until the service time. The family respectfully request the honor of your presence as we offer tribute and remember the life of Linda Clowers in a funeral service to be at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June2, 2015 in the chapel of Valley Funeral Home. Rev. Kevin Laws and Rev. Rick Clowers will officiate. A graveside committal service will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday at Evergreen Cemetery. Serving as Pallbearers will be: Eric Allen, Patrick Bennett, Garett Gaddy, Regan Tilson, Larry Rose and Doug Bowman. Those attending the graveside committal service will meet at Valley Funeral Home at 9:30 A.M. on Wednesday to go in procession to Evergreen Cemetery.
