Larry K. Galloway
Larry K. Galloway, 78, of Greeneville, passed away suddenly January 28th at Takoma Regional Hospital.
Larry served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife: Mary Ruth Galloway; son and daughter-in-law: Mark and Anne Galloway; daughter and son-in-law: Amy and Jimmy Burchett; one step-son and his wife: Christopher and Jennifer Harmon; grandchildren: Austin Burchett and his fiancé: Courtney Thomas, Isaac Burchett, and Emily Burchett, Yvette Galloway and Kelly Galloway; step-grandchildren: Andrew and David Vandervort; brothers and sisters-in-law: Frank and Peggy Galloway and Tom and Betty Galloway; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Olive Galloway, Charles and Betty Campbell, Jim and Fran Campbell, Joyce and Guy Barnett; several nieces and nephews, including a special niece and her husband: Vickie and Don Eaton; a special nephew and his wife: Terry and Sherry Matthews; and a special companion, his dog: Miley Grace.
He was preceded in death by his parents: J.E. and Betty Galloway; brother: Warren Galloway; step-son: Steve Harmon; sister-in-law and brother-in-law: Nancy and Fred Matthews.
The family will receive friends from 2 – 3 p.m. on Friday at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home with a memorial service to follow at 3 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. The Rev. Jim Fillers will officiate. In accordance with his wishes his body will be cremated.
