Harley Cleveland Foster, age 71, passed away on Monday, April 20, 2015 at Johnson City Medical Center. He was a native of Unicoi County and a son of the late Leroy and Leora Foster. Mr. Foster was a machine operator for American Water Heaters, formerly Mor-Flo Industries. He was a member of the Church of the Nazarene. In addition to his parents, Harley is preceded in death by sisters, Geneva Harris, Irene Orren and by a brother, Steve Foster.

The family respectfully requests the honor of your presence as we offer tribute and remember the life of Harley Cleveland Foster in a funeral service to be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 22, 2015, in the Chapel of Valley Funeral Home. Minister Gene Harless will officiate. A visitation period to share memories and offer support to the family will begin at 10:00 AM and continue until service time on Wednesday at Valley Funeral Home. A graveside committal service will immediately follow in Bell Cemetery.
