Ella Faye Huskins Stamper

stamperElla Faye Huskins Stamper, 72, of Glen Allen, Virginia, passed away after a lengthy illness on Monday, January 9, 2017 at her residence. She was a native of Unicoi County and a daughter of the late Earl Huskins, Sr. and Nellie Miller Huskins. Ms. Stamper graduated from Unicoi County High School. She served as a hairdresser for over 30 years until her health prevented her to continue. Faye loved her family, the Outer Banks, playing bingo, Yahtzee, Golden Girls, the Redskins, and the color purple. In addition to her parents, Faye Stamper is preceded in death by brother Earl Huskins, Jr. and sister Debby Huskins Iversen.

The family respectfully request the honor of your presences as we offer tribute and remember the life of Ella Faye Huskins Stamper in a funeral service to be at 1:00 PM, Friday, January 13, 2017 in the Chapel of Valley Funeral Home. Bishop John Edwards will officiate. A committal service will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Johnny F. Stamper, II, John Bray, Hunter Stamper, Jeffery Manspile, Justin Manspile and Todd Johnson.


Flowers will be accepted at Valley Funeral Home.
