CHARLOTTE L. WILLIAMS

Charlotte L. Williams, age 68, of Erwin, died Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013, at Johnson City Medical Center Hospital. She was a native of Unicoi County and a daughter of Edith Shelton of Unicoi, and the late Hoy Shelton.
Mrs. Williams was formerly a seamstress and Garment Manager for Industrial Garment for several years. She attended Riverview Baptist Church.
In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her brother: Hardy Shelton.
Survivos include her daughters: Judy Woodby, Tina Vanhoy, Tammy Sullins and her husband Jackie; grandchildren: Tiffany Woodby, Josh Woodby, Amber Burkett, Coty Vanhoy, Tanner Vanhoy, Jessica Sullins, John Sullins, Jacob Sullins and Jason Sullins; great-grandchildren: Landon Davis and Preston Woodby; brother: Edward Shelton, of Spartanburg, S.C., Ronald Shelton and his wife Robin; sisters: Edna Brummett, Dee Jones, Lena Onks and her husband Niles; aunt: Kate Whitson.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 13, in the Chapel of Valley Funeral Home. The Rev. Todd McLaughlin officiated.
A committal service followed the funeral service at Bell Cemetery.
