Caroline Sena (Stenslie) Morris Humann

Caroline Sena (Stenslie) Morris Humann, age 97, of Erwin, passed away on Wednesday, December 25, 2019 at her home. She was a native of Arnegard, ND but lived most of her life in Eastern Montana. Caroline is a daughter of the late Clara Bernice Hystad Stenslie and John Leo and Elsie Stenslie.  She was a member of the Lutheran Faith. In recent years, she has loved listening to her books on tape, provided by the National Library Service for the blind.  Caroline was a loving homemaker and artist; she loved crafts, especially making jewelry and cards. She loved teaching her children and grandchildren all kinds of games including chicken foot. Over her 97 years, Caroline touched many lives and will be greatly missed. In addition to her parents and step-mother, she is preceded in death by husbands, Jesse Glen (Red) Morris on January 9, 1983 and by Ray Calvin Humann on March 12, 2018, one brother, George Stenslie, sister, Solveig Cluck, and a grandson, David Morris.

Elaine O’Dell and Kevin of Las Vegas, NV;

Grandchildren: Wesley Morris and wife, Keri of Fayetteville, AR,

Manda Calain and husband, Kenny of Bremen, GA;

Numerous Great Grandchildren,

Numerous Step Grandchildren.

The family would like to offer a special thanks to Avalon Hospice, especially Dr. Charles Miller, Krista and Pandora for all of their loving care given to Caroline.

The family respectfully requests the honor of your presence as we offer tribute and remember the life of Caroline Sena (Stenslie) Morris Humann in a memorial service to be held at 4:00 PM, January 4, 2019 in the chapel of Valley Funeral Home. A visitation period to share memories and offer support to the family will begin at 3:00 PM and will continue until service time on Saturday, January 4, 2019 at Valley Funeral Home. A committal service will be held at a later date.   

In lieu of flowers the family wishes memorial contributions be made to your favorite charity.
