B. Louise Edwards

B. Louise Edwards, age 69, of 145 Tolley Lane, Erwin, passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2015 at Unicoi County Memorial Hospital. Louise was a native of Unicoi County and a daughter of the late Robert and Thelma Lewis Gouge. She was a loving mother, grandmother and homemaker. Louise was a member of Pilgrims Free Will Baptist Church and loved to sing gospel music. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a granddaughter Carrie Leann Kegley and brothers Bobby, Lonnie, Kenneth and Steve Gouge.

Brother: James Gouge and wife, Phyllis of Ohio;
Special Sister-in-law: Della Chandler

The family respectfully requests the honor of your presence as we remember and offer tribute to the life of B. Louise Edwards in a funeral service to be held at 8:00 PM, Tuesday, February 10, 2015 in the Chapel of Valley Funeral Home. Reverend Danny Hughes, Reverend Terry Richardson, Reverend J.C. Sheets, Reverend Keith Tipton, Reverend Steve Cochran, and Reverend Kevin Laws will officiate. A visitation period to share memories and offer support to the family will begin at 6:00 PM and continue until service time on Tuesday at Valley Funeral Home. A committal service will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 1:00 PM in the Mausoleum Chapel of Evergreen Cemetery. Those who will attend are asked to meet at Valley Funeral Home by 12:30 PM on Wednesday to go in procession to Evergreen Cemetery. Active pallbearers are John Kegley, David Lewis, Paul Chandler, Allen Garland, Clyde Edwards, and Dewey Edwards. Honorary pallbearer will be Julian Crews.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorial donations be made to Pilgrims Free Will Baptist Church, 2313 Chestoa Pike, Erwin, TN 37650
