The town of Unicoi has plans to host a local farmers market at the prospective welcome center at Interstate 26s Exit 32 in June.
Town of Unicoi Mayor Johnny Lynch said that Brenda Warner and Parks and Recreation Director
Travis Barbee set up a meeting to discuss the future of a farmers market in the town. Lynch estimated

in the foreground. It will give a lot of local people the chance to have an outlet for their crops and specialties, Lynch said.
