Ribbon cutting set for Friend’s

The Town of Unicoi will hold a ribbon cutting Tuesday, Aug. 31, at 10 a.m. at Friend’s Restaurant and Grill in honor of its grand opening.
The town invites members of the community and local business owners to attend. Friend’s, on Unicoi Drive, is owned by Teresa Powers and Kim Hamm.
