Hoyle sentenced to 121 months

Rickie Hoyle, the
Johnson City man who
in January pleaded
guilty to the charge of
using a facility or means
of interstate commerce
to knowingly persuade,
induce, entice, or coerce
an individual who
has not attained the age
of 18 to engage in sexual
activity, was sentenced
to serve 121 months in
prison during a hearing
in U.S. District Court in
Greeneville on May 7
before the Honorable J.
Ronnie Greer, U.S. District
Judge.
He will be given credit
for time served since
May 24, 2013.
According to court
documents, the court
recommended that
Hoyle serve his sentence
in either the Bureau of
Prison federal facility
FMC Lexington, Ky., or
in FMC Butner, N.C., or
in a facility as close as
possible to his home.
