Hoyle trial moved to October
The trial date for Rickie
Lee Hoyle, Jr., the Johnson
City man recently indicted
by a federal grand jury on
the charge of inducing a minor
to engage in illegal sexual
activity, has been moved
to Oct. 3 in federal court.
After Hoyle was indicted
in June, the trial was originally
scheduled to begin on
Aug. 27. However, on July 19,
Hoyles attorney, Nikki C.
Pierce, filed a motion to continue
pretrial conference.
