Historical Society plans meeting

The Unicoi County Historical Society will meet on
Monday, June 17, in Erwin Municipal Building on Main
Avenue, at 7 p.m.
John Lyle will present a program on “The Design of
the confederate uniform with the Austrian and French
Connection.” Phil Bishop will be impersonating a captain
of the staff, on A.D.C. Lyle and Bishop have been
interested in living history events and reenacting for
about 30 years.
