Flags, Civil War to be topic
The Unicoi County Historical Society will meet Monday, Sept. 19, at 7 p.m., in Erwin Town Hall.
James Adams will give the program, A Brief History of Confederate National Flags and Some Thoughts on why Southerners wont let go of the War.
Adams is a historian, newspaper columnist, lecturer, author of three books and is a Robert E. Lee impersonator. He has received numerous awards and has appeared on the History and Travel channels.
