The American Job Center in Erwin, 201 S. Main Ave, will hold a Career Fair on Wednesday Aug. 24, from 1 to 3 p.m.
Advanced Call Center Technologies (ACT), Allied Dispatch Solutions, Staff Pro, Broch Services, Northeast State Community College, Core Services, Benefits to Work, and the Center on Aging & Health will be on hand to discuss current openings with job seekers.
The American Job Center, operated by the Alliance for Business and Training, provides services to individuals looking for work and to provide employers with a point of contact to reach potential applicants. The American Job Center offers assistance with job search, tuition and supportive services for post-secondary education and training programs, workshops, National Career Readiness Certification and other opportunities that can help job seekers find employment and provide employers with a pool of qualified, pre-screened applicants.
