Guard returns home

After nearly a year at war, 30 men and women from Erwin’s National Guard unit are coming home.

Soldiers from the 730th Quartermaster Company are expected to arrive by bus in Erwin at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 24. The returning company is composed of two units from East Tennessee – the unit from Erwin and one unit from Johnson City composed of 90 soldiers.
